The Vertical Pec Deck is designed to optimize horizontal pressing movements, ensuring full activation of the pectoralis major across all its portions (clavicular, sternocostal, and abdominal). The movement also involves the deltoid muscles, particularly the anterior head, and the triceps brachii, which complete elbow extension. The machine features a CAM system that generates a progressively increasing resistance curve throughout the entire range of motion, matching the real pushing capacity of the upper limbs. The chain-driven load transmission allows safe use of weights up to 150 kg.
