Fantastic ( Chain System ) - Biceps Machine

The Biceps Machine is ideal for optimal isolation of the elbow flexor muscles, including the biceps brachii, brachialis, and brachioradialis. The working position with the shoulder flexed at 90° places the biceps brachii in a partially shortened position, while the brachialis can express its full force potential. The two independent exercise arms feature CAM systems that modulate the resistance profile with a bell-shaped curve, mirroring the real physiological strength profile of the muscles involved. The chain-driven load transmission allows safe use of weights up to 100 kg.
